MARKETING MANAGER
Position Overview
MOD, a fast-growing marketing agency, is looking for a Marketing Manager who is ready to hit the ground running. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to grow alongside our team. We’re not looking for someone who needs hand-holding or rigid instructions—we need a self-starter who’s hungry to do more, be more, and help us kick ass for our clients. This is a new position, so you’ll need to be comfortable navigating the unknown while helping shape the role and driving results. This is a hybrid position, with four days remote and one day onsite.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership: Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and translating them into actionable strategies that drive success.
Project Management: Oversee marketing and website projects from start to finish—managing budgets, timelines, deliverables, and overall project success while keeping leadership informed.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators) with a motivational and proactive approach.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop marketing initiatives tailored to client needs and oversee their implementation across digital platforms.
Content Creation & Optimization: Create marketing copy, edit content for clarity and SEO optimization, and promote it across social networks while monitoring engagement metrics.
Digital Marketing Execution: Manage email campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp), CMS updates (e.g., WordPress), social media accounts, analytics tracking, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
Vendor Management: Coordinate with print contractors and promotional vendors as needed.
Brand Stewardship: Strengthen MOD’s brand through consistent messaging across all media channels.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in marketing or project management roles.
Proficiency in:
Design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Canva.
Email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
CMS platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify.
Social media management tools.
Paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly valued.
