Nicole wears many hats; including Client services, strategy, project management, leading teams, traditional and social media marketing, and just about any other area of creative agency life you can think of.
She’s a fanatic when it comes to delivering projects on time and on budget. Nicole has almost 20 years of experience working with clients across a variety of industries providing advertising and marketing tools and generating sales leads.

Emily is a detail-oriented professional with a passion for transforming ideas from conceptualization to execution. She strives to deliver quality results with a high level of detail and exceptional communication skills, all while cultivating team engagement in a deadline-driven environment.
Years of project management, guest services, fundraising, and event planning have taught Emily an undeniable truth about herself: her love for people. Emily thrives on inspiring individuals to recognize their potential and maximize their performance. She is a servant leader devoted to providing strategic guidance in all matters of customer satisfaction.
Michelle Loufman
Senior Marketing Director and Photographer
Michelle is a balanced left- and right-brained marketing professional with nearly 20 years of industry experience. As a Meyer-Briggs ISFP, she is an “artist” and an “adventurer” — exploring client challenges and possibilities from many different angles, yet able to simplify (and organize) the big picture.
Michelle is a gifted writer and aesthetically wired, and especially loves brand “makeovers”. She also has a weird intolerance for inefficient processes, and constantly seeks and integrates time- and cost-savings workflows.
Michelle empowers her clients to understand the “why” behind their marketing efforts to create stronger emotional connections for their audiences to ultimately generate and convert sales leads.

Michael applies a mix of design passion and a deep desire to push the creative envelope for clients. As a multidisciplinary designer, he feels he has the best job in the world. No two days are alike; every project is a new challenge and a chance to innovate.
Michael prides himself on setting and maintaining high standards in order to maximize brand recognition in the mind of the consumer.

Catherine is a creative and reliable marketing professional and graphic designer who loves turning big picture concepts into beautiful and functional realities. She is dedicated to ensuring every project is executed with a high level of detail, personalization, and care.
Catherine’s diverse background in journalism, digital marketing, nonprofit work, and graphic design allows her to transition seamlessly between a variety of client projects and draw upon whatever skills are necessary to get the job done well. She enjoys finding compelling ways to share clients’ unique stories, both visually and experientially, and allows empathy and responsibility to guide her work.

Strategic Marketing Specialist
Zoe is a dynamic and multifaceted professional who excels in every role she undertakes. As a strategic marketing specialist and certified drone pilot, Zoe is truly a "Jane of All Trades" and a master at all she does. Her responsibilities cover a variety of projects such as: managing strategic Google Ad campaigns; capturing compelling drone footage, photography, and videography; social media management; swift and tactical proposal management; and any projects that support MOD’s clients in surpassing their business goals.

Gary has been developing websites and applications for nearly a decade. Using modern best practices, Gary is able to create user friendly web experiences that also align with business goals.
In addition, he is proficient in various programming languages and frameworks including Ruby, React, PHP, Rails and Node.

Mia is a talented creative professional with a strong background in design and a keen eye for detail. Her passion for transforming ideas into visual designs is evident in her work across website and print design, social media marketing, photography, and quality assurance. She works closely with the design and development teams to ensure that all projects are designed and built to meet precise specifications and compliance standards, effectively communicating directions for design enhancements and bug fixes.

Dan loves helping businesses put their best marketing foot forward. Through creative copywriting or intuitive UX web design, Dan is passionate about creating marketing materials that exceed client expectations. He enjoys tackling both big picture strategy as well as the details of a project in order to achieve success. Dan weaves together a wide breadth of professional experiences across a variety of industries that allow him to be a versatile, knowledgeable member of the MOD team.
